All of the smartly presented, easy to read PDF’s include a week-by-week guide, extensive information and explanations of the ancestral wisdoms relating to this period and practical exercises, invocations and meditations, broken down as follows:

North Gate Introductory Lesson – introducing the aspects of the Way of the Teacher; Wisdom, Leadership & Completion. This lesson, as with all introductions to the Gates, contains the most indepth analysis of the elements, energy and power of the North. It demonstrates how all aspects of the natural and super-natural worlds play their part in our understanding and experience of this time of year, relating to particular aspects of our mind, body and spirit – connecting to our soul’s knowing. In particular we look at the Animals of the North, Taking Responsibility and the Winter Solstice. (This Lesson is FOC to anyone singning up to the entire course and must always be read before undertaking any of the following, paid for, lessons.)

Deep Sleep Moon (Dec 22 – Jan 19) Claiming the Shield of Power is the central theme, of which highlights include; Control Issues, making a Medicine Staff and Spiral, Ceremony of Wisdom, Sacred Pipe, Air & Breath & finding your place in the Sacred Wheel.

Renewal Moon (Jan 20 – Feb 18) Navigating the Path of Service shows us the importance of Sacred Service, Calling to your Wholeness, Imbolc, Rattles & the Realm of Ancestors.

Big Windy Moon (Feb 19 - Mar 20) Telling the sacred Story uncovers our understanding of, and relationship to, the teachings of Impeccability, the Internal Monologue, your Authentic Voice & leaving the North.
These Lessons that make up one part of the ‘Walking The Sacred Wheel, The Shaman Within’ course are one of the most authentic, comprehensive and well researched of their kind and not only offer the opportunity for great learning and spiritual development but combine to provide one of the best ‘Shamanic Almanacs’ available to date.
