The Gathering of the Wisdom Keepers

Come and take your place in the Circle of Elders at ‘The Calling’, a unique gathering of wisdom keepers coming together to remember, celebrate and sing our connection to all things. Join us as we stand together on the sacred land of Glastonbury in sacred ceremony, sweat lodge and community.

‘The Calling’ is a Shamanic gathering, open to all. You need no previous Shamanic experience or training to attend this weekend – the only criteria is that you feel ‘the calling’ in your heart, and remain open to discover and express the wisdom you hold within you. With a full weekend of ceremony, workshops, sweat lodges and crafting opportunities as well as the chance to book private sessions with the facilitators, onsite catering and a small variety of stalls selling Shamanic items, the weekend is facilitated by International Elders and Wisdom Keepers Ed McGaa Eagle Man and Barbara Meiklejohn-Free featuring workshops with guests including Tim Wheater, Stuart Pearce, Claire Powell, Annie Lone Wolf and many more workshops presenters to be announced. There will be opportunities to experience one to one past life regression, re-birthing, Shamanic healing and sound healing throughout the weekend.

Accommodation is in tipi’s, camping or you can bring your camper vans, for those of you not able to sleep in tipi’s or tents, you can book bed and breakfast accommodation which is near by. Once you book your ticket we will forward on details of nearby B&B, the event is approximately five miles from Glastonbury. For those of you coming by bus, we can pick you up. once we have all the names for the gathering, we will exchange details of who will be coming from where, so you can car share.When you book your ticket please let either Anne or Julie know how you will be coming to Glastonbury, don’t worry if you don’t have transport, we will find someone near you, to take you to the gathering.

Connect to the earth, connect to each other, share and express your own wisdom, for in truth, ‘we are one’. Tickets for the weekend are £150.00 pp. This includes all food, for two days, starting  with evening meal on the Friday, until Sunday lunchtime, staying in tents or tipi’s and all workshops.

You can bring with you your own tents, sleeping bags etc, there are two tipi’s which will be on a first come basis. They sleep 8 people in each. You can bring tents or tipi’s, as there is 10 acres of land to camp on with lots of trees. You will arrive on Friday after 2.00pm, set up camp, the weekend will start at 6.00pm with a gathering around the central fire outside weather permitting for the opening ceremonies. This weekend is the introduction for the two year training course in shamanism with Barbara Meiklejohn-Free, Clair Powell and Annie Mills. With a follow on of a one year teacher training program.

Once you have booked your place, we will forward on the details of were the gathering is to take place, as this is an invited event only, ticket only, you will not be able to turn up on the day.

*Please note, no alcoholic drinks or drugs, allowed on site, or any glasses bottles, please bring with you water etc, for your drinking, all teas and coffees will be supplied.
