Sacred Journey To The Soul - Reclaiming Your Past Lives

In this workshop we will be looking at how our past lives affect our present day living, and how the pain of the past is keeping us from being totally whole and complete in our everyday lives. If you can remember who you were in past lives you can remove all blockages from these lives including pains, fears, phobias, relationships problems and health difficulties we can heal through different past life regression techniques. By looking at your different reincarnations you will start to see unfolding in front of your eyes a new you, a changed you, a soul that is eternal that returns again and again to grow as a spiritual being to become stronger more loving, more caring, more balanced, and to one day, once again, to be united with spirit. We will be working and discovering who your soulmates are, and looking at the relationships you have had in the past with them as many of these relationships are created again in this life time. We will discover who our twin flame are, and where they are in our lives today, we shall also be looking at karma and how it affects us in our everyday life. We create our own reality; it is our own choice to step out of negative ways of living if it is not in tune with our life purpose. So in the workshop we will be looking at dreams and visions and how they shape our free will and destiny, and how our guides and guardians come and teach us in the dreamtime about our past lives. We will also be using soul retrieval to help us to bring back the missing parts of our soul so that we can feel whole and complete again. The Spirit Of The Drum
Hand held shamanic drums are among the oldest know musical instruments, over the years their beat and rhythm have helped us to understand much about ourselves. Mother earth and nature with all its soundshas taught us all about music and given us the tools to make it. The skin from four legged animals which cover the drum, and the wood, from the tree people ,together remind us that life is a circle, no beginning no end. The symbology on the drum which reminds us of where we came from, and you the keeper of the drum, with your own vibration, own special sound connects us back to mother earth. The drum is her heart beat, it reconnects us back to her, we walk on this earth every day and sometimes we forget how much she has given us, when we work with the shamanic drum , it brings us back into balance with all of nature, and we listen once again to the rhythms of our own heartbeat. The drum is the spirit horse that carries us between the two worlds, taking us on a journey into new worlds, helping us to ride the tides of life, it touches memories inside each and every one of us something very deep, very old of a time when we came together as a people to drum, dance and sing rooting ourselves into the earth. In this workshop we will work with the different beats , different sounds , using them in healing, meditation, journey work ,trance, dance , songs , and many other ways. We will drum in the different sacred directions, honouring each one , so we have a greater understanding of the way of the drum. Our greatest teacher is ourselves listen to your heartbeat though the drum and then you will know yourself. All drums will be provided.

 

We Are All Psychic
When we were children we were all psychic. We were all born with this wonderful gift and ability to be able to see the world of spirit. We all naturally loved life and spirit with its gifts surrounding us. Many believed in spirits, fairy’s, dragons, and imaginary friends, and for a lot of us they were real, they really did exist. Then one day we grew up and we forgot. Now its time to unlock your intuition, set free all the boundaries that have been placed there by life and look again at who we are. There are so many different paths that you can walk down. After some years comes a wisdom of life and understanding about your own sacred space. No matter what age you are let us take the time to prepare for a new awareness to enter into our lives, as we think so it is , we create who we are, now its time for you to open up to a new wondrous world of spirit which is within you, and around you always, for the world of spirit is only a thought away. In this workshop we will be looking at new ways to open you up to your natural intuition so you enjoy what you are creating. We will gather all the right ingredients together looking at our psychic tools, learn about grounding, centering and protection. Using your clairsentience, clairvoyance, and clairaudience abilities you will really start opening up to the world of spirit. As we will link to this world it will be possible to reach out to our loved ones, bridging the gap that has been put there by our misunderstandings and fears. You will learn the true integration of psychic and self, discovering the real you and your link to other worlds.
 
 
Shamanic Crystal Healing
Healing crystals and ancient stones have been honoured and used by medicine people healers and shamans since the beginning of time. The knowledge of our ancient past has been recorded in almost every ancient society though out the world. In some shamanic cultures they believed that the shaman held a special crystal within his or her body and this inner wisdom was used to help and assist with journeying to the spirit world for help with healing & divination. In the first part of this workshop we will look at how we use our crystal helpers to journey and connect to the spirit of the stone people. To build up a relationship with our healing crystal we will also look at how we can travel to the dream time and explore the different ways of distant healing. We will look at cleansing and smudging of our sacred crystals and stones. In the second part of this workshop we will look at soul retrieval and extractions using our shamanic crystals, in addition we will take a journey with our crystals to search for our inner visions and make a connection with our spirit guides and helpers. Our ancestors taught us many things let us not forget. Barbara has been working in the field of shamanic healing for over thirty years, learning the Celtic, and druid healing ways, and combining it with the teachings of the native American medicine people, that she has been working with, Barbara is also working along side doctors and psychologists to bridge the gap between the conventional medicine and complementary medicines though the world of shamanic healing. Walking The Shamanic Path
Since the beginning of time we have all walked the shamanic path it is our natural birthright and it is now time to reclaim what is rightfully ours. In this workshop we will start to explore all theses possibilities ,and in so doing so the magic will begin, we will start with medicine wheel work, and then take a shamanic journey to discover your power animals. Though dance and song we will explore your inner vision of seership, working between the two worlds , meeting your spirit guides , and linking with them , we will then look at shamanic healing using a variety of different tools to assist us with our work , we will also look at our shadow self and use our mirror masks to reveal who we truly are , this will be a day of laughter , dance , song , music , and empowerment, using drums , rattles, flutes and many other tools, all musical instruments will be available , wear loose comfortable clothing. Freedom is knowing you have the wings to fly and having the courage to do so, the time is now.
 
Songs Of The Flute

The origins of the flute lie deep within the cultures of the ancient people who did not have written music. All the spiritual songs and techniques were passed down by the elders though rituals and practice, their music coming from the heart with emotions, feelings and understanding. Many of us have forgotten these teachings, but when we start to create music from within ourselves, working with the flute, it teaches us about what is already inside. The beautiful sometimes haunting sounds will start to emerge though the life force of our breath and music of our soul - ‘be still and know thyself’ - is an old ancient saying for out of the song comes the wisdom and knowledge that only you can bring forth. Nobody else can do that for you. Without using words let the music of your soul touch and reconnect the very core of your being. In this workshop you will discover that you do not need to know or read music as you play from the heart - it is so easy to do. The most ancient of peoples are the tree people, who are the flute. They know the songs of the flute should be shared with everyone. The only thing you will need is yourself and a deep passion to awaken your spiritual song through your breath - come and try it, it is so freeing. All flutes will be provided

In this workshop we will be looking at the myths, legends, of the goddess, and learn how we can welcome this beautiful energy into our every day life, though dance ,song, music, poetry, all you need is an open heart for you already know her , it is she who moves you into the dance , she is the music of your life , it is time . Sacred Sage, Sacred Space
The smudging ceremony has been a sacred ritual for the native Americans and for many tribal people for thousands of years . It is a ritual of cleansing and purification for the physical and spiritual bodies. It is used to clear energy fields. Each and every one of us has an auric field which can take on negative energy if not cleared. The sage clears and centers us in a grounded way, bringing our physical body and our spiritual body together into an understanding that we are all related and interconnected with each other, animals, plants, rock, crystals, elements, and all of nature. In this workshop we will learn how to work with sage and other herbs native to our lands. We will work with the elements, directions , and tools learning how to smudge rooms to create a sacred space, cleaning of your own energy field, and that of others for healing , smudging your personal crystals and tools , using feathers as a fan to cleanse and clear and change everything around you , also learning about sweetgrass, cedar, and other herbs. We will be taking a shamanic journey with your chosen herb, to learn about the medicine of our inner self. Throughout this world there is a herb or plant that can cure any illness. We need to go back and honour the wisdom of our ancestors who understood the old ways and integrate the old with the new, bringing all our relations together as one people, one tribe, honouring who you are though the ways of sacred ceremony and sacred herbs.
 
Scottish Witchcraft - The Path Of The Wise
Since the beginning of tribal life in Scotland, there has always been both woman and men who have worked with nature, the elements, herbs, and seership. They were known as soothsayers, healers, magicians, witches and wizards and they lived and worked among all peoples in harmony and in balance long before the Romans ever set foot on the lands and hills of Scotland, bringing Christianity with them. By about 750ad Scotland was inhabited by many different tribes, including the Scots, Picts, Britons, and English, who eventually supported and followed a Christian tradition to the detriment of the Pagan and Wiccan communities. At the beginning of the 16th century the great Scottish witch trials took place where ancient paganism and magical beliefs, which had remained in place for all these centuries, were changed and driven underground. The practice of PectiWita (Scottish Wicca) was first made heresy by the church, and then by the political government of the day. Those in religious and political positions of power used false trials against earth loving peoples who worshipped the Goddess and used death by fire and water as a tool to purge those who were seen to be dangerous, or those who did not conform to what the institutions wanted. People whose beliefs were to honour mother earth, who had a simple creed to ‘do anything as long as it did not harm others’ were ruthlessly exploited by methods of extortion. Often those in authority used the threat of death as a means to gain land and hold the balance of power over the ‘people’. Also they blamed all types of ailments on those who were called witches or warlocks, whether they were rich or poor, young or old, it made no difference. It took many decades, even centuries for the Christian Church to finally get hold of the power base. First churches were built on the ancient sites with a door in the East for the PectiWita and Pagans, these ancient peoples were driven into these houses of God with threats of the Monarchy through manufactured laws taking over their land and houses. Initially one half of the church was used by the PectiWita Pagan based peoples and then as the Church gained total control the East door became the door of the Devil and was closed for as long as the Christian Church held power. Fortunately today the old ways of honouring the Earth and each other are starting to return. In this talk you will firstly learn about the ancient ways of the wise, the history of the Scottish witches and wizards, and who they were, you will also learn the differences between Scottish witchcraft call PectiWita the craft of the picts from the highlands of Scotland, and the traditional craft of England called Wicca. Barbara was born in Inverness the capital of the highlands, where the Pictish capital in the sixth century was also in Inverness. She grew up in nature learning from the elements, the trees, the animals, when she was twelve years old she met Swain MacDonald the highland seer, who became her spiritual father, and under Swains guidance he help her to discover the Druid, Pagan, and ancient ways of the old Craft of the picts. Today she interweaves all her knowledge together into one large cauldron of life, combining all the gifts she has been given so that she can share them with everyone she meets and bring the wisdom of the ancients and wise ones into the 21st century. 
 
Sacred Circle, Sacred Space

From within our ancient Celtic, Druid, Pagan, and Wiccan traditions from this land , we do most of our ritual, ceremony, and spell work within a circle, by casting our circle we call up our ancestors to work with us to create magic and to enter into a altered state of consciousness, to step into the space between the worlds, and to honor the divine within ourselves. The boundaries of the circle are protected by the elements and the deities who we call in and honour within our sacred circle. Come join me in creating a sacred circle, learn all about altars,and the herbs and incenses used in the sacred spaces, and how to cast a circle and call in the elements and deities. For thousands of years people have been using ancient ways of seeing (scrying) into the past, present and the future, using many different crystals , stones, water, sand, clouds, fire mirrors, and many more tools. Scrying is the doorway into time and space, and by gazing into the object it produces a light hypnotic trance , that allows you to see information, for both yourself and others, which arrives in the form of pictures, symbols, letters, impressions, and sensations. You will also learn how to charge your tools and crystals, ready for the journey. In this one day workshop, we will explore the realms of the Spirit worlds, making our connection with our Spirit guides, gatekeepers and protectors. We will learn about travelling on the time lines to discover your own soul records, unlocking your ancient knowledge and helping you deepen your abilities of mediumship and trance. The more you link with the Spirit world, the quicker you will develop your gifts. Today you will learn about clairvoyance and the deepening trance states. You will learn about overshadowing, and each and every one of you coming to the workshop will have your own time to sit in the trance state, and to work with your mediumship. Way Of The Butterfly
This is the journey of change and transformation; from the original wounds of the self to the soul knowing. Barbara has gone through rape at knife point, systematic abuse from childhood and many other ‘woundings’ of the soul. During this talk she will openly discuss her life experiences of this life time and how she dealt with each on. Choosing not to play the victim, she evolved and transformed her life. Despite three suicide attempts, she survived to gain a deep understanding of the messages she was being given. These messages told her to journey back into her previous life times to see the patterning of the wounded healer. From the caterpillar, to the chrsalis, to the butterfly…in this process Barbara discovered a new understanding of healing the time-lines of life. This talk will help you gain a deeper understanding to change your wounds, pains and fears into an awareness - that from our vulnerability comes our greatest strength.

Barbara gives a mediumship demonstration from the world of spirit, bringing through evidence and proof that there is life after death.With Barbara’s unique way of showing us that we are not alone, she will share with you, your loved ones messages and wisdom from the world of spirit, with laughter, joy and integrity. Come with an open heart and mind ready to be amazed at the accuracy of the information given by spirit. Barbara has been working with the spirit world since she was a little girl having seen spirit since she was three. She has worked at the Arthur Findley Collage as a course organiser, and now works at the College of Psychic Studies in London. She has travelled around the world giving mediumship demonstrations. Power Animals 

All creatures great and small carry wisdom and power within them, from the smallest insect to the largest mammal that swim in our vast oceans. From our ancient tribal shamanic traditions we were taught that every one of us has guardian power animals that watch over us and protect us from our early childhood, they are our helping spirits and are essential in any work we do in our everyday life.In today’s society we have lost our connection to our friends and allies, it is important to honour your power animal, and value the gifts that are given freely from them. In this workshop we will go on a journey to the lower worlds to discover your power animals and how they protect you from illness and negative energy that can enter your energy body. They are your guardians and gatekeepers and by learning the tequinques of shape shifting you can become your animal by merging and awakening your inner vision to see through the eyes of your guardian power animal that will watch over, protect, and journey with you where ever you go. You will learn how to work with the different medicines that each power animal has, in how they can help and assist you in you every day life. I will also explain the meaning of the power animals that visits you in the dream time to commutate with you. You will learn to facilitate and integrate their Medicine within you to show you your true strengths and abilities.

 

Awakening The Kundalini

This is a workshop in two halves. The first half will be the morning session and will look at the process of ‘release’ in preparation for the second half in the afternoon where we will look at and experience the power of ‘awakening’. Do you have fear or anxiety related to sex, or an inability to feel pleasure or to experience an orgasm? Do you have difficulty expressing your sexual or emotional needs, or do you attract abusive or insensitive lovers. Do you lack sexual desire? Our emotional and original ‘wounding’s’ are from emotional or sexual abuse, taking many different forms; from rape, molestation, harassment and also psychic attack. In this workshop we will create a safe, loving ,sacred and space; a womb of our mother to help nurture and connect once again with the true source of our inner knowing. To experience tantra; the awakening of our Kundalini (our inner bliss) we must first have an understanding of where we are wounded and how we can heal this original wounding. In our society today we suppress our unconscious wounds. This prevents us from expressing who we are through our sexuality. Theses wounds cause us to repress our sexual energy, stopping the flow of our Kundalini - life force energy to flow through us. It stops us from experiencing our heart to heart connection with both ourselves and others. We will work with soul retrieval, re birthing techniques, accessing the original wounding, shamanic healing and Kundalini energy work to help you to release all wounds and pains, fears and doubts, to enable you to go out into the world healed and whole. In the afternoon we will work towards our ‘awakening’. Deep within each and every one of us is an intense call to reawaken ourselves to our divine spirit which has been asleep for thousands of years. Shamanic Healing

In all ancient cultures and tribal communities since the very beginning of time, shamanic healing has been used as a powerful healing technique as it is a natural and intuitive way of working at a very deep level to track back and heal the original wounding, caused by past life traumas, or woundings from this life time, we will look at the energy fields surrounding the body, and how using shamanic healing we can rebalance and realign the metal, physical, spiritual and emotional bodies, to work in harmony with one another and regain your power loss and your connection to the web of life once again. In this workshop we will be working with and experiencing the difference between Trance, Spiritual, Shamanic and Reiki and Egyptian Sekhem healing. Barbara has been working in the field of Cross Culture Shamanism for over 30 years; she has been a Reiki and Sekhem Teacher for over 20 years, travelling around the world working with different medicine men and woman to gain a deeper understanding of healing the self. Her first hand experiences of three death and rebirths gives her the vision and understanding of soul healing. Healer heal thyself, first.

 

Past Life Perspective

In this workshop we will be looking at how our past lives affect our present day living, and how the pain of the past is keeping us from being totally whole and complete in our everyday lives. Remembering who you were in past lives allows you to remove all blockages from these lives; pains, fears, phobias, relationships problems and health difficulties. We can heal through different past life regression techniques. By looking at your different incarnations you will see a ‘new’ you unfolding in front of your eyes. This changed you is a soul that is eternal that returns again and again to grow as a spiritual being to become stronger, more loving, more caring, more balanced to, one day, be reunited with spirit. We will be working and discovering who soul mates are and looking at the relationships you have had in the past with them. Many of these relationships are created again in this life time. We will discover who our twin flame is and where they are in our lives today. We’ll also be looking at karma and how it affects us in our everyday life. We create our own reality; it is our own choice to step out of negative ways of living if it is not in tune with our life purpose. Also in the workshop we will be looking at dreams and visions and how they shape our free will and destiny, and how our guides and guardians come and teach us in the dream time about our past lives. We will also be using soul retrieval to help us to bring back the missing parts of our soul so that we can feel whole and complete again. By doing this we can walk into our future lives as fully realised human beings. Know thyself; who you where, who you are now, and who you will become - past, present and future as one.
