DELIVERY T’s & C’s: Due to the nature of our work, taking us across the country and abroad, we post all goods out on a Friday only. Goods are sent 2nd class with the post office or Parcel force. If you wish the goods to be insured (your responsibility) you must ask for either signed for or Recorded Delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages unless the appropriate service is selected when ordering goods.

POSTAGE CHARGES: Please note, postage is included within the UK & Northern Ireland, but all other countries will be charged at the current postal fees and take into account current exchange rates.

LAYAWAYS: Layaways up to 3 months with a deposit. Thereafter, if the item has not been collected/paid in full it will be put back into stock for sale, and your deposit will be retained by Spirit Visions.

RETURNS POLICY: Spiritvisions is not responsible for the payment of postage for returned goods. All returns must be sent back to Arnemetia’s The Purple Shop, 6 Market Street, Buxton, Derbyshire SK17 6JY,  by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and paid for by the sender. We are not responsible for duplicated orders of any kind, and any postage for exchanges should be paid for by the customer. Damaged goods should be retained by the customer in order for Royal Mail to collect. Please call us on 07967719991 if your item is damaged, so that we can advise on procedure.
